Pre-Start up Checklist
It is our goal to ensure a smooth and uneventful start up of your UPS System. In an effort to minimize the
impact of this essential procedure to your overall operations as well as to avoid incurring additional start up
charges, we have provided a checklist of items that should be performed by the installing contractor prior to the
actual start up date for the UPS. We kindly request that you review and complete the applicable tasks listed on
this form. When complete, please indicate in the appropriate spaces of the form and return to our office at the
number provided below before the start up date. It is highly recommended that the end user responsible for this
equipment be available to attend the operator training at the time of start up. Thank you.
