1 Go to e-Filing website (https://efs.kehakiman.gov.my/EFSWeb/ ).

2 Click Case Initiation button.

3 Fill in Court Location, Jurisdiction, Division, Case Initiation Document, Case Code,
Description of Action and click Add button.
4 Auction Category screen will be prompteded. Click New Auction button.

5 Fill in Party Details for plaintiff and defendant by clicking at the Add Party button.

15 Click Preview POS button to view the pre POS. This is only for viewing purpose. The original
POS will be send to you once officer process the auction. If you want to edit the POS, click icon dustbin
to delete the auction and repeat step 6.

Individual/Personal Account Transaction


Limit (B2C):
The minimum payment limit for each
transaction is RM1.00 and the maximum
amount is limited to RM30,000.00 per
transaction.

Transaction Limit:
The minimum payment limit for each
transaction is RM2.00 and the maximum
amount is limited to RM1,000,000.00 per
transaction.

REMINDER

If the payment transaction for the execution fee exceeds the


limit set as above, you need to go to the court financial counter
to proceed with the payment manually. Once the payment has
been made, the payment receipt must be uploaded as proof of
payment to the Court (as the current practice).
