Regarding the implementation of the Special Education (SPED) Program, this Office will conduct the Regional Training on Special Education Content and Pedagogy for Grade 6 and SHS Receiving ‘Teachers in Cagayan de Oro City, on November 17-19. 2. The participants are the Grade 6 and SHS receiving teachers with no background or training in special education. 3. Hence, all Schools Division Offices (SDOs), through the education program supervisors in charge of SPED, shall submit the list of participants F the Regional Office (RO) through email at cllen.delanteudeped.gov.ph. To confit their participation, the participants shall register through Google tink at https://tinyurl.com, /Reg-SPEDP: Grade6andSHS on or before November 13. 4. Further, there will be a virtual Prework Activity for the Regional Technical Working Group (RTWG) on November 10. 5. Travel expenses shall be charged against the 2023 SPED Program Support Funds, MOOE, and local funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. The first meal for the participants will be dinner on November 16, and the last meal will be dinner on November 19. 6. It is requested that service credit or compensatory time-off (CTO) be granted to the participants in lieu of the training day/s that will fall on either fiidays or weekends in accordance with the CSC and DBM Joint Circular No. 2, 8. 2004.
