System Requirements
• An internet connection – broadband wired or wireless
• Mobile hotspot is not allowed as it doesn’t provide a stable internet connectivity.
• Ensure any pop-up blockers are turned off.
• You should not be connected to VPN.
• Speakers and a microphone – built-in or USB plug-in
• A webcam or HD webcam - built-in or USB plug-in
• Zoom and/or GoToMeeting should be installed on your machine.

• MAC OS Monterey & Big Sur

Note: For devices running Windows 11/10, they must run Windows 11/10 Home, Pro, or Enterprise.
Safe Mode / Safe Boot is not supported for any operating system.
