Hermes is an Olympian deity in ancient Greek religion
and mythology considered the herald of the gods. He is also considered the protector of human heralds, travelers, thieves, merchants, and orators. He is able to move quickly and freely between the worlds of the mortal and the divine aided by his winged sandals. -The messenger to the gods, who can freely enter the underworld as it is his job to bring the message to Hades. -his scepter in which it is adorned by twin snakes and wings symbolizes the logo of medicine to date. Each entwined snakes are said to be the symbol for poison, the other one for cure or antidote. -In Roman mythology he is known as Mercury -aside for being a messenger he is also known as the trickster god. -he is the offspring of Zeus and Maia.
HADES. Hades, in the ancient Greek religion and mythology, is the
god of the dead and the king of the underworld, with which his name became synonymous. Hades was the eldest son of Cronus and Rhea, although this also made him the last son to be regurgitated by his father, following the events of The Theogony where all 5 children of titan Rhea where devoured whole by his husband Cronus.
