Ans. Speed: A computer does its job very fast

Accuracy: A computer never makes errors.

Storage: A computer can store a large amount of data in memory.

Ans: The basic functions of a computer are:

2. Carrying out calculations
3. Taking decisions

Question 3: What is meant by decision making by a computer?

Ans: it means , on the basis of data computer calculates result and decides , what steps to be taken.

Ans : There are six main features of a computer.

2.accuracy. 5.Automation

3.storage. 6.versatility

Question 5: What is meant by calculation in a computer.

Ans: Calculation mean using the four basic arithmetic operations to obtain the desired result.
