Tuesday 19/07

 Filled the MB of ADANI electricity bill.


 Visted meter room of SDF1 for inspection of the work given.
 Jointly discussion with SEEPZ, JE, and specific unit holders for removal of non-essential cables
and repair the damaged panel box.
 Looked for the elevation near the Gt no. 3, for water supply issue at SEEPZ++.

Wednesday 20/07

 Draft elevation layout for the SEEPZ++ was made.


 Discussed with DE & AE the less pressure supply of of water in SEEPZ++ premises.
 The layout of 108 pole inprocess.
 Visted Meter room of SDF1, Wing A. The live wire of supplier is yet to be removed by ADANI.
 Rearranging and removing unwanted electrical appliances in A wing of SDF 1 is completed upto
90%.
 Typed the Office note for Rele Madam, topic related to filmcity.

Thursday 21/07

 Assisted Pritesh Sir, with water report submission of 27/06 - 29/06.


 Jointly with SEEPZ, JE, visited the Site work going on at SDF 1 B wing.
 Work of SDF 1 of both wings has been completed upto 85%.
 Soon after completion of 15% work, thoroughly cleanly of the meter room will be done for
further work.

Friday 22/07

 Site work in SDF 2 A wing ground floor has been started.


 Visited Plot Neysa for checking wether the slope given by contour is same on site.
 Jointly visiting SDF 1 with SEEPZ, JE, for any query from unit holders.
 Assisted Pritesh Sir, with waterbill report as this was due date.
Monday 25/07

 Layout of 108 poles has been in process and completed upto 85%.
 Jointly with ADANI Engineer, SEEPZ JE & Supervisor of Jay Bhagwan visited SDF 1 A wing for any
further removal of live wire and redundant panel box.
 Also visited lift room on the terrace to inspect for any repair/remove of panel and wires.
 Assisted Pritesh Sir, with water recepit made list of bank statement written down with consumer
number.
 Made excel sheet of cheque acknowledgement for bank.

Tuesday 26/07

 Unloading of all the search light near all the Watch Tower.
 One system consisited of three different spare units/boxes.
 Main unit i.e. unit containing mototr system is kept down near watch tower and two other spare
unit are kept in cabin of watch tower.
 Visited Meter room site with SEEPZ, JE, SDF A wing Ground & First floor is 95% completed.
 Draft diagram of Booster pump was submitted to Rele Madam.

Wednesday 27/07

 Visited SEEPZ++ site with Civil, JE, for inspection of pipe runnning through SEEPZ++ area.
 Further discussion was made DE Sir & AE Madam about the requirement of instrument.
 No meter room work was conducted toady as occassion of gutteri.
 Showed the watch tower site to hydra crane owner to further conduct the work.

Thursday 28/07

 Visited meter room site with SEEPZ, JE, ADANI and agency are jointly working togehter to get
everything in meter room cleaned up.
 So far 97% of work is done in SDF 1 A wing.
 Made rough estimate of the booster pump to be installed near SEEPZ ++.
 Discussed with DE and AE about the estimate.
 To conclude site has to be visited again to measure pipe circumference, whether pipe is DI or CI,
and roadside measurement.
Friday 29/07

 Visited all the watch tower to dismantle the old flood light on watch tower.
 Checked the foundation and whether the bolt of previous light matches new one.
 Meter room work of SDF 2 A wing is completed by agency, site visit along with SEEPZ, JE &
ADANI Supervisor is remaining.
 SDF 1 is nearly completed upto 97%. The work remaining is 3% should be done by supplier i.e.
ADANI will be completing the work at Saturday and Sunday.
Tuesday 02/08

 Visited site with wadkar


 Lifted all the search light with Hydarulic crane and placed it on top.
 Removed and kept down the old dismantled search light at base of watch tower.
 Meter room work is in progress.
 SDF 2 B wing agency work is ongoing as instructed.

Wednesday 03/08

 Visited meter room of SDF 2 A wing and as inspected and further more cables were removed.
 MB format was typed for the GJ 2 complex. As instructed by Pimple Sir.
 Meter reading entry was done in excel sheet from MB.
 Looked through Estimate of PWD SSR, CSR, DSR for the preparation of DPR of Gate 2 & 3.

Thursday 04/08

 Completed in draft the MB work of GJ 2 Complex.


 Visited site with SEEPZ, JE, of meter room to discuss scope of work at meter room under unit
holders.
 Site visit was not possible because of health issue.

Friday 05/08

 Visited watch tower near SDF 3 with SEEPZ, JE to see the installation of Search Light on tower.
 Visited meter room site with agency worker to discuss with unit holders about scope of work
under their authority.
 Listed all the Non DSR electrical items for the Gate 2 & 3. Made the PDF copy for further
attachment.
 Visited both the watch tower of which the installation and commissioning is completed.
Monday 08/08

 Visited Meter room site of SDF 1 for final review.


 5 queries were found and they were informed to SEEPZ authority for actions.
 List of electrical items for Gate 2 & 3 were found in PWD CSR and CPWD DSR.
