country. From Luxury farmhouses, bungalows, villas, holiday homes to penthouses,
apartments. We market the most exclusive homes in a targeted and effective manner.
• Our offering has expanded to include commercial real estate and advisory services for
offices, institutional, retail, hotels, and land transactions.
• To serve the burgeoning luxury real estate needs of the 30 million Global Indian
diasporas, we have set up exclusive India Desks in the USA, CANADA, UK & the
UAE. The India Desks have been instrumental in assisting large Indian diaspora

Role Description:

• Assist the team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to enhance
brand visibility and generate leads.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and potential
opportunities.
• Assist in tracking and analysing marketing campaign performance using relevant
tools.
• Provide support in maintaining and updating our CRM system with client information
and interactions.
• Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels.
• Suggesting improvements to existing business strategies to drive growth
• Defining problems and strategic solutions - scoping, analysing, preparing and
presenting strategy check.
• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and client drivers and discuss regularly with
stakeholders to discuss strategy.
• Developing an in-depth understanding of our business and external market forces,
new markets, and industry events.
• Understand business direction and develop solutions, roadmaps, & assess business
potential.

Education and Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is a must.


Competencies:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
• Creativity and ability to generate compelling marketing content.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
• Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
