To redeem Swiggy e-vouchers, a user must access their Swiggy Money account on the app. They then enter the 16-digit code and 6-digit PIN to validate the voucher. Once validated, the amount is added to the user's Swiggy wallet to pay for food and beverage orders through the app. E-voucher amounts cannot expire or be transferred out of the wallet.

HOW TO REDEEM

SWIGGY
E-VOUCHERS?

Access Swiggy Money from the account section on the


Swiggy app
Access Swiggy Money from the account section in Swiggy App

On the Swiggy Money page, read the on-boarding


details and click on ACTIVATE SWIGGY MONEY

If you have already completed your minimum KYC,


ignore this step. Else, you will be asked for minimum
KYC and enter the OTP received on your registered
mobile number and confirm details

You will then land on the Homepage. Click on the “Add

Voucher” button, on the top right of the page

Enter your 16-digit alphanumeric code and 6-digit PIN


and click “Redeem Voucher”

` Swiggy validates the code and adds the voucher


denomination to your wallet.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

The usage of Swiggy E-Vouchers (Swiggy Money Codes) shall


be governed, as per the below terms and conditions:
Access Swiggy Money from the account section in Swiggy App
Customers already having the Digital Wallet accounts on the Swiggy app can
redeem these Swiggy E-Vouchers (Swiggy Money Codes) and the relevant
amounts shall be credited to such Digital Wallet directly

Customers not having a Digital Wallet account need to login to the Platform
and create an account on the Platform to utilise these Swiggy E-Vouchers
(Swiggy Money Codes)

Customers will need to do a one-time verification before utilising the Digital


Wallet, by filling the Minimum KYC (Know Your Customer) details

Any amount credited to the Digital Wallet upon redemption of the Swiggy E-
Vouchers (Swiggy Money Codes) cannot expire and do not have any validity
period

Amounts credited to the Digital Wallet can only be used for ordering prepared
food and beverages from the restaurants, genie and Instamart on the
Platform

Amounts once credited to the Digital Wallet cannot be taken out/transferred


to any other account

Amounts credited to the Digital Wallet can be used for multiple transactions
on the Platform for ordering prepared food and beverages and will also cover
taxes, packing charges, delivery fee charged on such orders; and

Swiggy E-Vouchers (Swiggy Money Codes) shall be valid till such date as shall
be communicated to the customer and such codes cannot be utilised for
redemption in the Digital Wallet post such expiry date and Swiggy won’t be
liable to process refunds for such expired Swiggy E-Vouchers (Swiggy Money
Codes)

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the terms and conditions of


operating (including closure) of the Digital Wallet provided at
https://www.icicibank.com/terms-condition/tnc-for-swiggy-money.page shall
at all times be applicable, whilst using the Swiggy E-Vouchers (Swiggy Money
Codes).
