The Division Training of Trainers is a live-out activity. However, participants shall be served with lunch and snacks during the training. 3, There shall be 4 participants per district composed of Kindergarten, Grade I, II, and III teachers. Participants shall come from different schools of the district. 4. Each participant is requested to bring the following materials to the training venue: a) Laptop and extension wire _g) Sets of Colored Paper b) Bond paper h) Glue ©) Scissors i) Vellum Paper 4) Sand paper j) Illustration Board (1/2) e) Manila Paper k) Story Books {) Ukulele (For Kindergarten Teachers only) 5. Participants shall be given a 2-days service credit to offset services rendered on a Saturday and Sunday, in compliance with section 4.11 of DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003, “Updated Guidelines on Grant of Vacation Service Credits to Teachers.” 6. District heads are mandated to monitor the attendance of concemed teachers in the Division Training of Trainers and the implementation of the other aforementioned activities in the District. 7. Other provisions stipulated in the previous Memorandum shall remain in effect. 8. Attendance of all concerned is a MUST. This Memorandum serves as Travel order of the participants. 9.
