Notes:
(a) Disciplinary action taken under the Disciplinary Code must be notified in writing to the employee by his immediate Supervisor except in cases of dismissal when the letter
will be issued by the HR Business Partner.
(b) A Supervisor shall have the right to impose disciplinary action for breaches of the Disciplinary Code, subject to reporting, as soon as
possible thereafter, to the Partner. The employee will have the opportunity to attend a hearing to respond to the recommendation for disciplinary action.

(a) Notification of any proposed dismissal of an employee must be provided to the Director, Human Resources or his/her nominee.
(b) Copies of written notifications of penalties under the Disciplinary Code will be placed on the employee's personnel files.
(c) The offences set out in this schedule are not exclusive or exhaustive, and the Company will assess each offence on their own merit.
