‘Synopsis: ‘This course involved a structured and supported process whereby students plan,
monitor and reflect on their academic work and student life. The primary objective
for personal development planning is to improve the capacity of individuals to
understand what and how they are learning and progressing in their lives. By
exposing students to entrepreneurial personality and mindset, itis hoped that they
can develop into enterprising individuals who can set goals and take responsibility
of their plan and their future. Through analytical and creative thinking, they reflect
on their plan and progress as a form of continuous improvement.
Leaming At the end of the course, the students will be able to:

Attendance
Students must meet the 80% attendance requirement. Students will be barred for final assessment
submission if attendance is less than 80%.

* You are the subject of this course and therefore, you are encouraged to actively engaging in
the course materials, reflecting on your experiences and apply the lessons learned.
* There will be no replacement for Essay, Presentation and Project should students absent
themselves for these assessments. The only two exceptions are if you had medical restraints
or a death in the family, in which case please INFORM the course lecturer BEFORE the
submission date. Please submit the supporting documents within TWO DAYS of the submission
date.
