 Our Story
GISE CAFFE’ is born from over 40 years of
experience in the coffee industry. Our
specialized staff is united by a strong
passion for high-quality espresso, just like at
the bar.
The design of a new machine and its
capsule (closed system) started in early
2021, and the first machines were produced
in 2022. The project and production are
entirely Made in Italy.

 The production plant
GISE CAFFE’ has two production facilities located a few
kilometers apart.
The main facility, located at Fontanaccia 292, Gaggio
Montano (BO), houses the entire administrative and R&D
departments, along with a laboratoy and rapid prototyping
department. The production area spans 14,000 square
meters and encompasses all the coffee production stages,
including:
• Green coffee reception
• Roasting
• Grinding
• Degassing
• Capsule packaging
• Production of packaging boxes and palletization
The second facility, located at Via Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto,
is equipped with a cleanroom and is dedicated to the
production of soluble beverages such as chocolate, ginseng,
tea, and many others.

The Gise Caffè capsule contains 8 grams of ground coffee. It is
packaged in a protective atmosphere to preserve the
organoleptic properties of the raw material. Thanks to
innovative filtering elements, our capsule is able to deliver a
coffee of the highest quality. By optimizing the design of the
capsule components, we have reduced the plastic used by
approximately 30% compared to major competitors.

 ESE Pod
In addition to the Capsule world, Gise Caffè also
produces universal 44 mm ESE pods with high-
quality blends prepared by their staff. These
pods are packaged using compostable filter
paper. The individual packaging is also made
from compostable materials. The secondary
packaging, on the other hand, is made from
recycled paper with FSC certification. Each pod
has a weight of 7,5 gr ± 0,1
