ENTRY FORM

1.Type the image number(i.e, Regnum) in the verify Regnum and then click on check. If the image number(i.e,Regnum) is not exists, then it shows a message box that the image path doesn't exists. If a user loggedout by not click on close button or power drops suddenly or failure connection of database, then click on close at below and reopen it. It will work sucessfully. 2. Reg num Shows the current image number(i.e, Regnum) on which the user working. 3.Two Rounded Arrows are given below of the image in right corner,by clicking on these you may rotate the images in clock and anti-clock wise. 4.Total Gross Payments and Tax Deducted fields allow two decimal values after the decimal point. If the decimal value exceeds two i.e, 4554.4554 or by giving two decimal points then a message will shown to enter correct values. For Ex:- By giving 4554. then it takes the value in 4554.00 and 4554.4 as 4554.40.

EDIT FORM
1.Two Rounded Arrows are given below of the image in right corner,by clicking on these you may rotate the images in clock and anti-clock wise. 2.Total Gross Payments and Tax Deducted fields allow two decimal values after the decimal point. If the decimal value exceeds two i.e, 4554.4554 or by giving two decimal points then a message will shown to enter correct values. For Ex:- By giving 4554. then it takes the value in 4554.00 and 4554.4 as 4554.40.

ADMIN FORM
GENERATE OUTPUT TAB:- In the generate output form admin can take no of batch
files output at a time. * Character Count:- Select the batchfile and click on the submit then it shows the count of the characters present in a batch file. LINES COUNT:- Enter username and select the days from the calender tabs then it will shows the number of lines entered by an entry. IMAGE STATUS: Image status tab:In this tab enter the image number (i.e, Reg Num) and give the batch name and then click on check it will shows the status of the entry1,entry2,QC regarding the image number(i.e, Reg Num) you entered above. Insert New Image:In this tab enter the image path,image name and select a batch name and click on Insert Image to add it to the batch file in to which you want then it will insert into it. Release Image to Entry Tab:In this tab allow the invalid image for the entry by giving image number(i.e, Reg num) and click on check to release the image. Delete Image Tab:In this tab enter the image number and click on submit it will shows the batch name of the file and click on the delete to delete the images which are not opening. Re Insert Image Tab:In this tab give the invalid image number(i.e, Reg Num) and click on check then it shows the bath name of the invalid image file and click on Re-Instal to re-insert the image for the entry.
