Secretary: I have set up the interview for the day, and we have a good applicant which backstory
is quite good
HR Officer: That's great. Before we begin with the interview, let's review the resume and
shortlist the candidates.
The HR officer starts going through the resume and discussing the qualification candidate with
the manager.
HR Officer: This candidate has an MBA in Finance and has experience working in a
multinational company. What do you think, sir?
Manager: I think he might be a good fit for the job. Let's shortlist him for the interview.
They continue going through the resumes, discussing the qualifications and experience of each
candidate.
Secretary: We have only one applicant which qualification suits for our company.
The secretary starts making phone calls to the candidate to about the interview.
We see the HR officer, manager, and secretary sitting around the table again. An applicant walks
in for the interview.
The applicant sits down, and the HR officer starts the interview process.
HR Officer: Can you tell us a little about yourself and your qualifications?
The applicant talks about their experience and qualifications. The HR officer asks a few
questions related to the job.
HR Officer: Thank you for your time. We will get back to you after the final round of interviews.
A day later:
Manager: Can you tell us what skills you can bring to the company if you are selected for the
job?
After the interviews, the HR officer and manager discuss the candidates.
HR Officer: The candidate is strong and I think the candidate might be a better fit for the job.
The HR officer contacts the candidate and offers him the job. The candidate accepts the offer.
