Act 1 Scene 1
Both characters are walking from opposite sides, starting at their mobiles. The
third cameo character is near teacher’s table, also looking at his mobile

*the male character accidentally shoulders the woman*

namrata- The Average man. Always try to harass women. How dare you trip
into me? This is disrespectful.

rishit- Calm down Karen, it happened accidentally.

namrata- How dare you call me that?!

rishit- Please, I have had enough for today don’t u dare over react. Stop being a
child. Man up. Or should I say woman up?

namrata- Hey, you there, didn’t u see that he shouldered me on purpose?

aaryan- Yes I did, (looks at main man) hey, stay in your limits.

rishit- You weren’t even looking? How do you know that it was done
purposefully.

aaryan - Everyone knows about people like you,Want to harass every woman
you see. Go home and get a life.
rishit- Sir, respectfully, please keep quiet. You were looking at your mobile, and
weren’t even aware of the situation until the woman called out.

aaryan - *pushes man*. What did you say to me? You will tell ME to shut MY
mouth?? How dare you. *pushes again*

rishit: *pushes cameo* I am so done with this. File a law suit or whatever, I
don’t care. I know it is not my mistake and I stand by it. Bye!

*Exit*
Scene 2
*Hrishikesh (man) sitting on a seat inside the train*

*Sreeparvati(woman) standing in front waiting while expecting that the man


will give her his seat.*

Sreeparvati:- Aye you mannerless idiot, can’t you see a woman is travelling in a
train without having a seat and you are hesitant to leave yours.
Hrishikesh:- I am sorry ma’am, but with all due respect I arrived at the station
early just to get a seat in the train, and you just boarded the train.
Sreeparvati:- how dare you talk to me like that?!
Hrishikesh: - like what?!
Sreeparvati:- first you talk to me like that and then you answer back.
Hrishikesh- My question persists. Talked like WHAT?
Aaryan( man with 3 sidekicks) – Excuse me mam, what happened.
Sreeparvati: (starts crying) This man abused me!
Hrishikesh:- Wait when did I---( aaryan drags him off the seat and gets hold of
his collar and rants at him and them pushes him on the ground and his he and
his sidekicks start beating Hrishikesh)
*exit*
Act 1 Scene 3
Lawyer-dev
Male1-rishit
Female2-Namrata

*lawyer taking video of scenery, rishit and Namrata walking in opposite


directions*
*rishit wallet falls*
*Namrata picks it up*
*rishit puts hand in pocket, doesn’t find wallet*
*sees Namrata putting the wallet in bag*
Rishit- Hey, I think that’s my wallet that you are keeping.
Namrata- You again?! Have you been following me around everywhere?
*dev starts recording*
Rishit= Please don’t start it again, that is my wallet, and I know it
Namrata- First you harass me and today you are accusing me of theft?! This is
my wallet. Don’t you dare steal it.
Rishit- You know its my wallet. Give it back to me
*tries to snatch it but unsuccessful*
Namrata-HOW DARE YOU. Stop stealing my belongings.
Rishit- Well, if it is yours, then lets see the id inside it.
*Namrata throws the wallet down and runs away.*
*dev comes to him*
Dev- Don’t worry, I have got it on tape, if you are sued then we have proof. I
will fight for you.
Rishit- It is just a small mishap, there will be no case or trials. Thanks for the
help tho.
*exit*
Act 1 Scene 4

Judge-bhumil
Lawyer 1 – Dev

Witness-aaryan

Bhumil- All rise!


*everyone get up*
Bhumil-Please be seated
*everyone sits*

Dev- Your Honor, I am Dev and I represent rishit, Hrishikesh in the case. I intend
to prove that my clients are not guilty of the crime of: public defamation,
stealing and harassment.
Priyanshu- Your Honor, that is false. My clients have been harassed by these
two men and have been challenged socially and emotionally.
Dev- No your honor. This is false, and I can prove it. I have a witness I would like
to call.
Bhumil-Go ahead
Dev- Aaryan! Aaryan! Aaryan!
Aaryan-Your honour, I am aaryan(stands near hrk rishit), the witness
Dev-Aaryan, you must speak the truth. While on your mobile, were you sure
that the culprit was the man but not the woman?
Aaryan- No. I had even seen that the man had not done it. But in the fear of
being judged by the woman, I supported her.
Dev- And, in the train situation, where Hrishikesh was harmed, hadn’t you
noticed that Hrishikesh had not done anything, but instead was right himself?
Aaryan- No.
Dev-So you falsely accused him and beat him.
Aaryan-Yes.
Dev:Your honour, recently while I was out, I had seen one of my clients, rishit
was being falsely accused of theft of his own wallet by a woman. Here is a
video proof.
*shows video*

Judge-Guilty! Here, The accusers, sreeparvathi and Namrata are guilty. They are
sentenced to 6 months of prison on the account of theft and publishing of false
information. The witness, Aaryan has been sentenced to 6 months of jail on
account of assault. The court is adjourned.
