None for accused.

Issue NBW against the surety of accused to be executed through SHO


concerned, returnable for NDOH.
Further, issue process U/S 82 Cr.P.C. against the accused. Process be
returnable on NDOH. Said process be executed:
1. By publicly reading the proclamation in conspicuous place of town or village in
which the accused ordinarily resides
2. By way of affixation in conspicuous part of the house or homestead in which the
accused ordinarily resides or to some conspicuous place of such town or village
3. By way of affixation in some conspicuous part of the court.
Further, while executing the said process following directions are to be complied
with:-
(a) The said process be executed by a process server not below the rank of Sub
Inspector.
(b) Photography of the process be mandatorily conducted and annexed along
with the report.
(c) The process server is also directed to annex the details as well as the statement
of blood relatives of the accused, in case, they are found at the spot.

The process be directed to be executed at least 30 days before the NDOH


fixed in the matter and concerned Process Server be directed to appear on NDOH for
recording of his statement in that regard. Let a copy of this order be sent along with the
process to the process server for due compliance. PF is to be filed within 10 days from
today.
Be awaited for the report on 21.12.2023. Date is given as per the
convenience of counsel.
