Four Great Motivations (Think):
May all sentient beings be free of sufferings and the causes of sufferings.
May all sentient beings have happiness and the causes of happiness.
May all sentient beings abide in equanimity, free from hatred, anger and
attachment.
May all sentient beings never be separated from the bliss of high rebirth. I
shall cause these things to happen. Please Buddhas of the ten directions,
bless me to be able to do this.
Seven Limb Prayer (Think):
Reverently I prostrated with my body, speech and mind, and present clouds
of every type of offering, actual and mentally transformed. I confess all my
negative actions accumulated through beginningless times and rejoice in the
virtue of all holy and ordinary beings. Please remain until samsara ends and
turn the wheel of Dharma for all sentient beings. I dedicate all the virtues
of myself and others to the attainment of the great Enlightenment.

(I seek refuge in the Three Jewels. I confess all misdeeds individually. I
rejoice in the virtuous deeds of all beings. I take to mind the buddha’s
enlightenment. To the Buddha, Dharma and the Highest Assembly I seek
refuge until I reach enlightenment. To fulfill the interests of oneself and
others I shall generate the mind for awakening. Having generated the mind
for highest awakening I shall invite all sentient beings as my guests. I shall
engage in the delightful supreme practices of enlightenment. May I achieve
buddhahood for the benefit of sentient beings.)

Final Dedication:
Due to the merits accumulated over the three times by myself and all the
Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, which are empty from their own side, may the I,
who is empty from its own side, achieve the state of enlightenment, which is
empty from its own side, and lead all sentient beings, who are empty from
their own side, to that state as quickly as possible by myself alone.
I request that the grace of the Three Jewels of Refuge, following on by the
Cause and Effect, shall fulfil all the prayers that i now set forth and lead
me across to enlightenment’s shore.
