Statement of Purpose – XXXXXXXX

I am XXXXXXXXXX, son of XXXXXXX and XXXXXXX, citizen of Bangladesh residing in Dhaka,

Bangladesh. We are 4 sibling of a family I am youngest among them. My father was a Government
service holder in Bangladesh Police. My mother is a housewife. My Elder Brother complete his
graduation as a Computer Engineer from American International University, Bangladesh. Currently my
brother is an established Businessman work with government organization as a supplier for their IT
related product’s needs. My two elder sister one of them is house wife and another one is Director of a
limited company. As the little one of our family I have lots of opportunity to catch anything’s for my best
in my life.
A master’s degree in Telecommunications Systems and Networks will open the doors to many
opportunities for me. The growing XXXXX of advances in information technology and communications
has affected the way we do business. New technologies have introduced increased levels of automation.
Information systems have made it easier to communicate, collaborate and cooperate to achieve common
goals. To survive, thrive and beat the competition in today’s competitive world, business organizations
have to make technology an ally and harness its full potential.
With my understanding and experiences from nearly four years of undergraduate study in Electronics and
Telecommunication Engineering and more than seven years job experience in technology sector, I
strongly believe that my interest and aptitude lies in subjects that involve convergence of technology and
business. My goal is to develop skills needed to unleash the power of Technology to corporate world and
effectively complement existing management system with new emerging technologies. A formal
education in Telecommunications Systems and Networks will help me build a global sense and
understanding of many different business activities in the context of an emerging techno environment. My
ultimate goal is to be independent and apply all this knowledge and experience to my own venture.

I completed my Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from

XXXXX University in Bangladesh in 2014. It was a 4 years academic program. After my bachelor's
degree, I have been working as a Manager-IT for a group of company in Bangladesh where I successfully
serving their task as an IT professional. There are many kinds of different types of sister concern like
Power Plant, Hotel, Chemical industries, Plastics industries, International Call Center, Civil construction,
Environmental consultancy firm, Shipyard, Agro firm, Travel agencies and more, and lots of challenges.
While working, I have understood that Telecommunications Systems and Networks is a set of
management disciplines that allows organizations to manage their technological fundamentals to create
customer advantage. Telecommunications Systems and Networks can also be defined as the integrated
planning, design, optimization, operation and control of technological products, processes and services, a
better definition would be the management of the use of technology for human advantage.

The telecommunication sector is made up of companies that make communication possible on a global
scale, whether it is through the phone or the Internet, through airwaves or cables, through wires or
wirelessly. These companies created the infrastructure that allows data in words, voice, audio, or video to
be sent anywhere in the world. The largest companies in the sector are telephone (both wired and
wireless) operators, satellite companies, cable companies, and Internet service providers.
Not long ago, the telecommunications sector consisted of a club of big national and regional operators.
Since the early 2000s, the industry has been swept up in rapid deregulation and innovation. In many
countries around the world, government monopolies are now privatized and they face a plethora of new

unfortunately, I did not find any desired institution that provides quality education for practical learning.
Besides that, local degrees are not well recognized locally or globally. I have full confidence in myself,
that when I will obtain that knowledge from United States then I will get huge opportunities in my
country. There are huge companies where I can commerce my career. My closer brother is currently
working at Huawei Technologies in the Network Service Engineer, I came to know from him, that there is
a huge demanded Telecommunications Systems and Networks section here. Hence, I can see a very clear
future in front of me. I have also explored that becoming a leadership position in Bangladesh’s companies
is easier with a United States degree. Undoubtedly United States Degree has a great value in Asian
countries.
I will surely gather relevant experiences after completing my master's degree. After completing the
master's degree there, I will be able to open a technology company in the work sector of my country. I
will also be able to contribute to shaping the right corporate culture and introducing concepts that reflect
and support the company's core values and ensure its success. I believe my educational and professional
background has not only qualified me technically but also given me the right mindset for going further
