LEARNING Pre-lesson:
OUTLINE : Teacher introduces the word ‘paramedic’. Pupils can look at
the picture in textbook page 54 for clues. Pupils are guided to
think about the positive and negative points relating to the job.
Lesson development:
1. Teacher explains the objectives of the lesson.
2. Pupils revise few phrases learned in previous lesson.
3. Teacher shows a text about a job.
4. Pupils take turn to read the text, and discuss.
5. Pupils read the questions in Activity 1 a-g and write the
questions in the correct order of the information in their
exercise books.
6. In groups, pupils are given a task sheet and they need to
complete the details of the job based on the text.
7. Pupils exchange their answers and do peer-checking.
8. Pupils are given another task sheet individually.
9. Teacher checks on pupils’ answers.

Closure :
1. Pupils play the crossword puzzle, jobs related.
2. Teacher recaps the lesson.
