 Dada: Warm greetings to all we are the group 2 now presenting our discussion.

What is Structuralism? Now, structuralism may be discussed into these few subtopics:
#1 Extended definition of Structuralism. #2 The Proponents. #3 Key Concepts. # 4 Conclusion.

Alright, let us begin. The general theory of practices and procedures known as
structuralism holds that components of human culture must be understood in
terms of how they relate to a larger system. It reveals the foundation around
which a society is built, which comprises all that people do, think, perceive, and
feel.

-Dada Elaborates-

Moving on, Structuralism would never have existed if it hadn’t been studied by
these great individuals.

Rica and Jessa’s Turn

Rica:
 When studying Structuralism, we often come to think that this study requires to
be understood when cultural thinking may relate to a larger system, thus these
people helped us elaborate on the details of this certain field and how they have
contributed.
Okay so:
Ferdinand de Saussure was a Swiss linguist, semiotician, and philosopher one of the
founders of 20th century linguistics propounded the structuralist theory also known as
structuralism. Another fact is that he never intentionally developed the structuralism
theory; rather, his students collected and later produced his class notes.

Claude Levi-Strauss made a significant contribution to structural theory. His use of

structuralist interpretation to examine certain points of view that showed how various
social structures were configurations of a few fundamental relatedness structures is
one of his most notable accomplishments.
Jessa:

Roland Barthes additionally wrote the "Introduction to Structural Analysis of

Narrative," which focuses on the similarities and differences between sentence
structure and narrative structure.

And lastly, Jonathan Culler concentrated on identifying the text's structure. His
renowned work clearly conveys structuralist poetics to the readers while presenting
many parts of structuralist theory.

The key individuals who contributed to the development of structuralism.

So, without further mutterings let us move on to the concepts of structuralism.

This is to be discussed by Gwen.

Gwen’s Turn:

Gwen:
Now that we all were acquainted with the founders of this study, we should never forget
how it must be understood, akin to the Concepts of Structuralism.

Structuralism broadly holds that all human action and its outcomes, including
perception and the mind itself, are manufactured and not naturally occurring and that
everything has meaning as a result of the language system that we use to
communicate.
> Structuralism is when every Literary System has a Structure.
> The structure is what determines the position of each element of a whole.
> "Structural laws" deal with coexistence rather than changes;>
> Structured contexts are the "real deal" of every aspect of understanding.
It is usually thought that Ferdinand de Saussure, a Swiss linguist, is where
structuralism had its start.

Napolion’s turn:

Napoleon:
We Learned that the general theory of culture and methodology known as
Structuralism holds that components of human culture must be understood in terms of
how they relate to a larger system. Structuralism existed thanks to Sir Saussure, Levi-
Strauss, Barthes, and Culler who effortfully worked and through their accomplishments,
they achieved to made Structuralism relevant in the field of literature.
