Myers: Thank you, Mej l for that icebreaker. But before we proceed to our first speaker,

without further ado, I’d like to call *Ms. Vanessa*, to introduce us to our first speaker.
Vanessa: Our first speaker is a graduate of Maritime Academy of Asia and the Pacific, and
has obtained his Master's Degree in Marine Transportation at the Center for Advanced
Maritime Studies. He has over 10 years of sea-based experience working for different
cargo companies, starting as a Deck Cadet, then working his way up to the 3rd officer
position. On the shore, he shared his knowledge and experience by working as an
instructor and course developer at several maritime institutions including NYK-TDG
Training Center in Laguna and Renaissance Training Center in Manila. Now, our speaker is
still working with numerous institutions and organizations including the Asian Institute of
Maritime Studies as an assistant professor and a course chair, and a recruitment
supervisor at Anglo Eastern Crew Management. Everyone, let us all give virtual applause
for Captain Kirby Bayani!

Myers: Wow, Capt. Bayani! That is so great. I believe all you’ve shared will help us to

Roi: For our last speaker, he is an International Flight Steward with a track record of
exceptional customer service whether it may be on ground or above 33,000 feet. He also
trains aspiring flight attendants with regard to safety and service. In his more than a
decade career of flying, he has lead flights as a Head Cabin Attendant, worked in VIP and
WIP flights, experienced a number of medical and mechanical emergencies, received
numerous passenger appreciations and commendations from colleagues, has represented
his company in television, events, and symposiums. Other than that, he has been working
with schools and is a consultant for a number of companies with his brand, #Amor Speaks.
