Introduction:
Convey the importance of breathing in mindfulness, since through it we ensure that the body and mind
are in the same place, that is, in the present. The breath is used as an anchor tofocus on the present
moment.
Goals:
- Know breathing: identify inspiration and expiration.
- Introduce listening practices and inviting the bell.
- Promote the ability to pay attention and react.
- Encourage conscious breathing.
- Develop and enhance creativity.
3. ACTIVITIES:
3.1 FIRST WEEK ACTIVITIES:

The students will practice the breathing technique with five fingers.
Practical activity
We invite you to make a paper windmill with your students.
You need a square of paper, a straw and a pin.
By following the steps in the videos, you will get a beautiful toy that children put into operation using
prolonged inhalation and exhalation.

COLABORATELY ACTIVITY:
The teachers will present a new breathing exercise in a photo that they will describe in a few words.
The photo and description of the breathing exercise will be uploaded on the personal page of each
teacher using a digital application.
4. DIGITAL ACTIVITY:
The children will choose a number from the proposed game, then they will perform the indicated
action.

5. MINDFULNESS POEM:
Throughout the entire project we will teach our students the following poem (The evidence of this
activity will be collected with that of the last block).

take a deep breath
and be grateful.
