Here is a installation guide on how to connect your Ninjatrader with Telegram.

STEP 1/5) Create a Bot on Telegram.

STEP 2/5) Create a group on Telegram that will receive the alerts from
Ninjatrader 8 and redeem the group Chat ID.

1. Add your bot as a member of your Telegram Group;

2. Enter the following command on your browser. Use your Bot Token (it's the

long token):

https://api.telegram.org/bot<yourtoken>/getUpdates

3. A message like this will appear in your browser, your group's Chat ID is the

one circled in red:


STEP 3/5) Import the Telegram ShareService into your ninjatrader.

Please follow these instructions to install Telegram ShareService for

NinjaTrader 8:

1. Download I4TTelegramShareService.zip (ZIP file) to your computer.

2. Go to Tools > Import > NinjaScript Add-on… at Control Center of

NinjaTrader 8.

3. Browse to and select the ZIP file you have downloaded previously.
STEP 4/5) Configuring the chat ID of your telegram group in Ninjatrader.

PS: You can pre-define more than one Chat ID and set up several Telegram groups to

receive your alerts.


STEP 5/5) Perform an experimental Alarm Test!

Open a chart... and... Right click it...

And... It’s ready!
