As a Project Trainee, you would work with the team to understand the business requirements
and convert the requirements into full-blown technical specifications based on the modules
allocated to you. You will enjoy providing end-to-end solutions to software quality problems.
Required.
• Academy final year students to be graduated in 2024 - B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in
Information Technology / Computer Science ONLY, with more than 60% aggregate or 6.0
CGPA.
• 6 months internship followed by Employment (Subjected to employment T & C).
• Willing to work in different time zones to support a global team.
• Ready to undergo training programs as required by the organization.
• Willing to work under any project/department or technology & skill sets.
• Ready to quickly learn new in-demand technologies as needed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’re not just comfortable engaging in
collaborative discussions, but initiating them, too. You are skilled at reading and adapting to
different communication styles. When you speak you are clear and concise. Your strong
listening skills foster connection with our clients and allows you to accurately collect the right
information so you can resolve issues in the most expedient way.
Analytical thinker and creative problem solver. You are able to see issues holistically and
follow the flow of the stack to get to the root of the matter -- a key skill in this role. But where
you really shine is with your ability to identify creative solutions to unique customer
requirements. This is critical for ensuring our customer issues are resolved in a manner that
meets or exceeds their expectations without increasing their costs.
Clear, deliberate, and collaborative communicator. You don’t just engage in collaborative
discussions; you initiate them regularly. You are clear and concise when you speak and write --
and even creative in terms of ensuring your messages are received and understood. You leave
