HOST 1 with the theme, Eternal: Timeless Walks of Life. Tonight is the
culmination of the candidates’ exceptional efforts and performances.

HOST 2 You know, Shane, the happiness, excitement, and all the other
emotions that we could feel right now is beyond words to express. Kasi
after being locked out of our homes because of the threat of the
pandemic, we are now granted the opportunity to gather today and hold
this event physically and with the company of our classmates, friends,
teachers, and fellow Josenians.

HOST 2 Here are the mechanics and criteria for this year’s search for Mr. and
Ms. Josenian Ambassador and Ambassadress 2023.

HOST 1 Each section chose one male and one female representative who will
represent their class. They may not necessarily be their class muses
and escorts.

HOST 2 Previous winners of any title from the last two years were not allowed
to participate. All sections were also required to provide
representatives. Otherwise, they are still required to contribute at least
20 percent of the highest amount of peso vote.

HOST The candidates will be judged by the following criteria:

 Question and Answer: 20% (individual scoring)
Opening Statement: 10% (individual scoring)
Talent: 20% (by pair)
Costume: 20% (individual scoring)
Peso Vote: 30% (by pair)
Overall Score: 100%

HOST 2 I feel the excitement of the audience, they cannot wait to see their

HOST 1 A pageant won’t be complete without its panel of judges. Let us meet
the exceptional people who will judge the candidates’ confidence,
charm, and wit.

HOST 2 Our first judge is an alumnus, and the former Golden Senior Mr.
Josenian Ambassador 2020. He also won the Best Advocacy during his
time. Ladies and gentlemen, Mr. Zymon Gailo.

HOST 1 He is a fashion designer and alumnus of San Jose Academy. Let us

give a round of applause for Mr. Nino Crisanto Ramirez.

HOST 2 Our next judge is a former Binibining University of the East Caloocan
1998, Ms. University of the East AB Communication Personality 1998, a
Top 10 finalist of Ms. Caloocan, a top 10 qualifier of Mutya ng Masbate
1999, Philippine Coast Guard Admiral Cup Sports National Muse 1998
3rd Place, a Fashion Model of Boying Eustaquio Couturier Fashion
Model year 1998 -1999, and an alumna of San Jose Academy. Let us
give a round of applause for Ms. Marjorie Delavin Valdez.

HOST 1 He is the champion of Your Face Sounds Familiar 2016, and the Best
Promising and Performing Artist at the Third Inding-indie Film Festival
2016 for the movie “Ilusyon”. He is also a semi-finalist of It’s Showtime
Kalokalike Face 3 last 2015. Ladies and gentlemen, let’s give it up for
Mr. Gab Sarmiento A.K.A the Unkabogable Vice Ganda.

HOST 2 To complete the panel of judges, let’s give a round of applause for our
charming School Principal, Mr. Rafael Patrick Pecjo.

HOST 1 Thank you very much, judges. We wish you the best of luck in selecting
the best candidates tonight. For the next part of the pageant, we will be
witnessing the candidates as they deliver their opening statements.

will be given a maximum of 1 minute for their opening statement.
Opening statement that exceeds the allotted time will receive point
 deductions of 1 point from the total score for every 15 seconds in
excess of the statement.

Execution, Delivery, Impact and Overall Quality: 40%
Relevance: 30%

Poise and Grace: 40%

The highest female and male scorer shall win Best in Costume.

HOST 2 A special award, “Best in Catwalk” will also be given to the male and

specific question or photo which may come from the field of religion,
politics, science and technology, and current issues. Only 30 seconds
will be allotted to each candidate. They must answer in English.

Content and Coherence: 50%
Speaking Skills: 35%
Self-esteem, personality, and charm: 15%
Overall Score: 100%
The candidate/s with the highest combined score in opening statement
