This section describes the assembly, inspection, Refueling, testing
and performance tests, final painting, finishing, and marking
operations required for final assembly and inspection after the
completion of disassembly and repair work for Indicators and
Altitude. It shall be performed to ensure minimum standard
performance after assembly of Indicators and Altitude.

2. Assembly
Procedures for Indicators and Altitude are performed in reverse
order by referring to the ‘Indicators and Altitude disassembly
diagram of Chapter 4 - Section 2 - Paragraph 3’

3. Inspection
1) Check the external condition of Indicators and Altitude by
Visual inspection.
2) Check the assembly is in good condition.
3) External inspection of Indicators and Altitude and components
shall be performed by referring to Table 4-2, which is included
in Chapter 4 – Section3 - Paragraph 5.
4) For a performance test refer to Table 4-3, which is included
in Chapter 4 – Section3 - Paragraph 5.
5) For general inspection, refer to the General Maintenance
Guidelines.

4. Refueling
“ Not Applicable”
5. Testing and performance tests
This section provides a way to verify that the Indicators and Altitude
is operating normally.

2) Test condition : Unless specified, it shall be carried out under
the following conditions
-. Air temperature : 23±5℃
-. Relative humidity :50±30%
-.Atmospheric pressure :Normal workshop atmospheric
conditions.
-. In-put power : AC115V 400Hz
3) Confirmation and preparation before testing
① Check the external condition of Indicators and Altitude
② Check the condition of the test equipment of Indicators and
Altitude and prepare it to be testable
③ Refer to Appendix 1- Section 3 Test Equipment List for
configuration and connection

① General test(external/dimensions)
-. Repair finished products shall not change their weight,
appearance and dimensions from those of new Indicators
and Altitude(Refer to Chapter1 –Section2 -Paragraph3
Equipment Specifications.)
② A technical test(Performance, Environment)
-. The repaired product shall have electrical and
environmental characteristics equal to or greater than
that of the new product.
③ Set up the test environment of Indicators and
Altitude as shown in the test connection
diagram(Figure 4-25).
④ Pre-power check
