1. Completed Memon Census Form. This form has to be filled by the head of family.
2. Copy of CNIC of Applicant or Form 'B'
3. Copies of CNIC of Mother/ Father and Compy of Jamat Card.
4. Copies of Mark Sheet from Matriculation onward.
5. Passport size photograph.
6. Copy of Fees structure / Payment Schedule / Fees Challan / Letter for which scholarship is required.
7. One set of Prospectus.
Note: Please bring original document on the day of interview.

WMO-HE-01 Rules And Regulations

1. This Application form is specially for the economically backward and Underprivilege students from the recognized Memon
communtiy who seek admission in Higher Education Institutes.
2. The Financial Aid for Higher Education is provided from ZAKAT FUND.
3. Incomplete form will be deemed invalid and would not be considered.
4. Our representative will survey the Authenticity and accuracy of Application.
5. All the documents including photographs attached are not returnable irrespective of fees being sanctioned or not.
6. Decision of WMO-Higher Education Committee regarding acceptance or rejection of application will remain final and no
correspondence or clarification will be entertained.
7. The student has to submit this form himself/herself. Form will not be accepted if the student does not come to the office
in person.
8. If any student has not completed his/her WMO supported Education, he/she will not be eligible for further financial
assistance.
9. Student will be supported only for one course/program at a time.
10. A student has to apply at least 4 to 6 weeks prior to the date of payment of fees.
11. Student has to submit latest results, marks sheet, certificates etc. After the reciept of these documents from concern
Authorities/ Institute.
12. Rules and regulation may be change time to time.
13. The decision of the WMO Higher Education Committee will be final and no kind of dispute, argument or further appeal
will be entertained.
14. Caution money or security deposit be paid by the student.
15. Student has to fill in new application for every term or semester or every time further assistance is needed.
16. At the time of first interview, both parents must accompany the applicant.
17. If students achieved any position in Board / University / Professional Examination, should attach documents.

Eligibility
1. WMO Pakistan Chapter will give Finacial aid to students belonging to the Memon Community only.
2. Memon Community means those Jamats which are registerd with All Pakistan Memon Federation.
3. Either the father or the mother or both should belong to recognized Memon Jamat.
4. In case, the father of the appllicant is non Memon, then the student has to get a letter of confirmation addressed to the
WMO from the mother's Memon Jamat.
5. Financial Assistance will be provided only for Education within Pakistan.
6. Scholarship will be given to those students studying in only those colleges / Institutes recognized by Higher Education
Commission of Pakistan and certain other recognized professional bodies. The Institute must be in the panel of WMO.
7. Student must have passed intermediate or 'A' Level.
8. Those students who achieved professional degree, are not eligible.
9. Those students who have completed four years bechelor degree, should complete two years service in

Undertaking
1. We, the undersigned have read, understand, undertake, agreed and abide by the Rules & Regulations and any other Rules
& Regulation or policies which may be framed by the WMO from time to time.
2. We hereby declare that we cannot afford the expenses of education and need help from WMO through ZAKAT FUND.
3. We have read the checklist and have attached all relevant documents, provided the correct true information about
ourselves, Including the information about our membership with our Memon Jamat.
4. We know thatt it is not the policy of WMO to reimburse any fees/ cost to any student.
