Fatigue-related stress builds up over a long time and can take a heavy toll on our bodies. It is caused by working too long or too hard at our job, school or home. It can also be caused by exercising too much or too long. If you do not know how to manage your time well or how to take time out for rest and relaxation, you will become a victim of fatigue-related stress. It is difficult to avoid because many people feel that it is out of their control. 8. A new presentation can be created by launching PowerPoint or by pressing the New from the Office button. 9. There is a need for innovativeness in entrepreneurship because with the changing needs and requirements of customers production should meet requirements. 10. The characteristics of successful entrepreneurs are as follows: i. Leadership: An entrepreneur must possess the characteristics of leadership and must lead a team for achievement of goals. The leader is able to clearly articulate their ideas and has a clear vision. ii. Innovativeness: With the changing needs and requirements of customers production should meet requirements with the help in innovative ideas. An entrepreneur does not have to restrict itself to just one innovation rather he must use combination of innovation.

SECTION B (Subject Specific Skills) Short Answers 11. Steps to insert the copyright symbol into a Word document are as follows: i. Select Insert tab. ii. Click Symbol option from Symbols group. iii. Select More Symbols .... iv. The Symbol dialog box will appear and select the copyright symbol. v. Click the Insert button. 12. The word processor object allows different formatting within the same object. However, word processor objects are printed as an image, so they require quite a bit more resources than normal single or multiline text objects. Word processing objects include text, graphical, and embedded objects. 13. To keep an area of a worksheet visible while you scroll to another area of the worksheet, go to the View tab, where you can freeze panes to lock specific rows and columns in place, or you can split panes to create separate windows of the same worksheet. 14. Typical file processing has following disadvantages or limitations:- i. Data redundancy ii. Data inconsistency iii. Insecure data iv. Incorrect data v. Unsharable data vi. Unstandardized data 15. RDBMS stands for the relational database management system. It provides the features to create, update and administer a relational database. This makes it easy to search and retrieve data within the database and ensure that the data integrity is maintained. The relational structure makes it possible to run queries across multiple tables at once. Some examples of RDBMS at Oracle, LibreOffice base, MS Access, Sybase and MySQL. 16. In a network, repeater receives a weak signal coming from a source and amplifies it to its original strength and then again forwards it to the destination. Basically, repeaters are used in a network so that a signal can travel longer distance. SECTION B (Subject Specific Skills) Long Answers 17. i. You can use conditional formatting when you want to highlight cells that meet a specified condition. Conditional formatting in excel can be used to identify duplicates in a datasheet. i. Select the dataset in which you want to highlight duplicates. ii. Go to Home tab → Conditional Formatting → Highlight Cells Rules → Duplicate Values. iii. Duplicate values dialog box will appear in the Duplicate Values dialog box, make sure duplicate is selected in the left drop-down. You can specify the format to be applied by using the right drop-down. There are some existing formats that you can use, or specify your own format using the Custom Format option. iv.
