(b) After observing heavy congestion of customers over a time of Diwali marketing in a
shopping mall, the mall administrator has decided to set up an additional counter in
a nearby site. He has complied statistics relating to the customer’s arrival pattern and
service pattern as given below. He has also decided to evaluate the services by the
using simulations technique.
