• Supporting the Goal Operations manager and other International Trainers from partner
organizations to train new coaches and mentors. Support in training Digital and Audio story
telling.
• Attending ELA related activities, media events and workshops in and outside Uganda.
• Training and mentoring girls in life skills, financial literacy and sports in the clubs.
• Mobilizing community for out reaches, Goal Events, health forums, mothers’ forums and
workshops.
• Linking Brac staff to community leaders, health professionals and beneficiary parents and
ensuring a good relationship is maintained.

Responsibilities
• Writing proposals every year for project funding and drawing budgets for the project.
• Identifyin vulnerable regions for project implementation. Select women groups that are
beneficiaries of the project.
• Support the identified women groups in identifying projects and vocational skills they want to
engage in.
• Supervision project implementation to ensure its success and writing monthly financial and
general implementation reports.
• Leading donor expeditions in the adopted village every year. Preparing and presenting reports
to the relevant supervision staff and donors.
• Training team leaders on life skills, financial literacy, business skills and helping them set goals in
all areas of life and supervising trainings to project beneficiaries.
• Working with local authorities and establishing relationships with them for support and smooth
running of the established projects.
• Mentoring one staff every year that supports the running of the project in the communities of
implementation.
• Create market linkages for products made by the women groups.
Achievements
• Acquired community management and development skills.
• Impacted on over 2000 women Iganga and Luuka Districts through trainings, mentorship and
linkages to other organizations. I also contributed to the organizational goal of creating
humanitarians in the communities.
• Built strong community relationships and the organization which encouraged project ownership
and sustainability among beneficiaries.
• Managed and supervised the project successfully for three years.
