Oracle Application Express (Apex) 23.1 and Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) 23.1.4 require downloading and installing Java Development Kit (JDK) 11.0.15 or later before Apex 23.1 and ORDS 23.1.4 can be installed to provide a web interface for application development and RESTful services, respectively, with the ability to then log in to the Apex interface.
