The document details parameters in the Cutting Parameters dialog box, including: - Cutter radius and piercing radius, which define the size of the cutting tool. - Correctors for holes and exteriors, which specify numeric control values for interior and exterior contours. - Other options like cut speed, beveled speed, separation of parts, and use of fast cut mode for holes. - Additional parameters control common cuts, microjoints, compensation by quality or angle, and optimization level. The parameters allow customizing settings for specific materials and thicknesses.

Find briefly detailed below the parameters provided in Cutting Parameters dialog box.

 Cutter radius (e.g. 0,750)

For the specified material between the given thickness, the system will use the value given here as the radius for the cutter.
 Piercing radius (e.g. 0,500)
This parameter allows you to define the piercing radius depending on quality, thickness and material. Here, the piercing radius can be
configured properly. This value will be looked when the system checks the machining overlapping: if there is one lead inside part, the
overlapping will be calculated including the piercing radius (if the lead-in is 8mm, and piercing radius is 2mm, any part nearer to
10mm will be detected).
The system provides one option for verifying the machining of the whole sheet automatically when saving, this can be done on
Startmenu / Configure / Draw and Nest /Auxiliar / Verify the machining of the sheets while saving.
 Corrector for holes (e.g. 1)
Some numeric control have different corrector for interiors or exteriors. Here, the user can configure the corrector number which the
numeric control is going to use for interior contours.
 Corrector for exteriors (e.g. 2)
In this case, the numeric control will use this number of corrector for exterior contours. The numeric control corrector values must be
programmed for using this properly.
 Level of optimization
Optimization level can be configured as per the material/thickness. If the option is selected, the configuration of the corresponding
machine is considered applied, as the one defined in CT, otherwise the level chosen will be applied.
Different part rotations per material/thickness can be defined, and blocked if required (only 0є rotation should exist). This will require
the definition of rotation angle parameter optimization level of parts at 360є.
 Separation of parts (e.g. 10,00mm)
Introduce the required separation between parts.
 Allow different separation in Y
If enabled, the system will allow a different separation in Y.
 Cut speed (e.g. 1200,000 mm./m.)
This cut speed will be applied for any job done in the specified material between the same thickness.
 Beveled speed (e.g. 300,000 mm./m.)
This speed will be applied to make bevels for any job done in the specified material between the thickness. This value will be used
only for machines with bevel cutting possibilities.
 Use fast cut mode in holes (Flying cut)
If enabled, the parameters involved in the implementation will be obtained from the general configuration.
 Common cut
This parameter configures how the common cut is going to be executed. The user can select between By default, No, Between two
parts, Between several parts, Between a column of parts and Between a row parts.
 Nesting for common cut
This parameter modifies the nesting process, allowing the automatic placement of the parts on the sheet to perform common cut. The
user will be able to select between By default, No, Between two parts, Between several parts, Between a column of parts and Between
a row parts.
 Microjoint at contourґs end
This parameter allows the user to select any configuration in the same way that occurs in the general parameter. In addition, it offers a
Default value that indicates that, for that material-thickness, the value that has to be applied is the one that comes from the general
configuration.
 Compensation by quality
Using this parameter the user can apply system compensation and/or control corrections depending on the cutting quality of the parts
and the type of cut. This option will allow to define the following parameters with different for each quality.
o Corrector for holes
o Corrector for exteriors
o Compensation radius for holes
o Compensation radius for exteriors
The user will also be able to distinguish between:
o Main contours in no common cut.
o Main contours in common cut.
o Auxiliary contours in common cut.
This option is only available for cutting machines. The configuration parameters for this option can be defined material and thickness
dependant
 Compensation by angle
By clicking this option, you will get Compensation by angle dialog box, where you can view angle, teorical compensation, CNC
angle and compensation field.
Using this parameter, the following options can be configured
 Add angle: Using this button, you can add grid angles manually.
 Delete: This button is used to delete the required field.
 View all: With this option, you can visualize the different angles, modify the CNC angle and also can
compensate the desired angles.
