SPECIMENS SUBMITTED:
1 One (1) cartridge case marked "AT-1'’ recovered at the crime scene.
2. One (1) cartridge case marked 'AT-2" was recovered at the crime
scene.
FINDINGS:
1. Preliminary examination and microscopic examination revealed that
specimens marked "AT-1" and "AT-2" bear with the same firing pin marks
(See comparison chart attached with this report).
CONCLUSION:
The three specimens, cartridge cases marked "AT-1" and "AT-2" respectively,
were ejected by two different firearms.
REMARKS:
1. Time and date completed-10:00 AM, 08 November 2023.
2. The two specimens were released to PCMS JUNNIE B. OY for
safekeeping 2023 on 08 November.
3. A search for suspected two fired bullets, most probably of caliber .45
must be done to have a basis for determining the firearms where these
specimens were ejected.

This Judicial Affidavit of Aldwin Ebenezer M. Herjas, legal age, married, and
with address at , BATANGAS City; is executed to serve as his direct testimony in the
instant case. This Judicial Affidavit is offered to prove:
(1) all of the claims about the case of robbery with homicide.
(2) Including all of the ANNEXES that are attached to it, which he humbly
asks to be appropriately labeled as EXHIBITS in this instance; and
(3) everything pertinent thereto, with the option to submit further exhibits
as the current case is being heard.
Q2: Where did you go for academic attainment and further criminalistics training?
A: I finished my criminology course in Batangas State University – The National
Engineering University in Nasugbuand have undergone training in Question
Document examination in NATIONAL FORENSIC SCIENCE TRAINING
INSTITUTE, at CALAMBA, LAGUNA and I also have undergone related training
abroad in Questioned Documents examination sir.
Q4: What are the principal functions and duties of your position?
A: My principal function and duty to examine Questioned Documents assigned to
me in the Crime Laboratory sir!
Q6: Have you been qualified to testify as expert witnessin the past?
A: Yes sir.
Q9: I have here technical Report dated November 7, 2023 from the the
BATANGAS PROVINCIAL POLICE CRIME LABORATORY was this one of
those Technical Reports you have prepared?
A: Yes sir.
Q10: If I show you such a document, will you be able to identify it?
A: Yes sir.
Q12:At the bottom right hand side of the document, there appears a

A: It was signed in my presence sir, and I personally witnessed him sign the
document.
Q18: What are your bases for these findings, briefly explain the
principles and procedures arriving at such findings?
A:.The findings was based on the results of the examination and comparison that was
conducted in the crime laboratory. To arrive at those findings, preliminary examination and
microscopic examination revealed that specimens marked "AT-1" and "AT-2"
bear different firing pin marks (See comparison chart attached with this
report).Such verified Documents were compared and submitted for another comparison in
the microscope comparator to determine accuracy hence the basis of my findings sir.

Findings;
The signature found at the driver’s license of the suspect was examined as
verified to be the same signatures obtained from the promissory note being
treated as Standard Specimen gathered by the investigator were later on found
to be the same signature of the accused.
Conclusion;
It was concluded that the suspect MR EfrenPuloyapoy was the one who shot the
victim dead prior to his escape. Concluded further, that upon thorough
investigation and examination conducted the above mentionedcase hereby
considered solved and closed.

MEMORANDUM
2. The victim sustained (2) gunshot wounds in the hand and a blanket
wrapped around his head. The victim was pronounced dead on the spot.
According to Mathilda, Mr. Kennie was having a meeting over the phone
and seemed worried around 4:00 p.m. on November 6, 2023. Ms.
Mathilda left at the victim’s residence at 5:00 p.m. after her work duties.
3. The victim is now in the Barangas Medical Center, Batangas City for an
autopsy. Two (2) caliber .45 specimen of Fired Cartridge was recovered at
the crime scene and are now under the custody of this station for further
investigation.
4. The motive of the incident is undetermined, and the case is still under
investigation.
