ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT Yes-o

Sy 2022-2023

I. INTRODUCTION:

Youth organizations in school are established in order for learners to be more responsible not
only in academic sense but also in extra- curricular activities.
YES-O served as a significant venue for students’ actions and movements toward
safeguarding, promoting, and conserving the environment for future generations. Through this
organization, elected officers take a lead to make programs and projects that will help the school
in promoting environmental awareness on health and sanitation

II. ACTIVITIES UNDERTAKEN:

1. Clean-up drive inside and surrounding the school premises including public and common
areas in the community.
2. Waste management, segregation and recycling program
3. Awareness campaigns to address specific issues such as pollution, sanitation and health.
4.Participate in all related activities in the Division Level.

III. PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED:

Some members of the organization did not participate during meetings.

Others are not participative during the conduct of the activities

IV. RECOMMENDATIONS/SUMMARY:

Proper conduct of orientation among learners for them to be fully aware of the objectives and
goals of the organization. Emphasize and discuss to them the benefit they can gain in joining the
organization.

”No matter where your academic journey takes you, look for ways to get involved in student
organizations.” Being a student is already a challenge, but one should also consider joining and
participating in various after-school activities. This will help them grow not only as a student
but also as an individual.
