A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. MAY A. REPOLLO


AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY AND MS. MARIELLE S.
TITLE
VILLAROSA AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF
TANDAYAG, AMLAN, NEGROS ORIENTAL.

WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the


Sangguniang Kabataan Act of 2015 requires the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson,
with the concurrence of the majority of all SK members, appoint from among the
WHEREAS Katipunan ng Kabataan, a secretary and a treasurer;
CLAUSE/
STATEMENT WHEREAS, Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson Charisse S. Omangay
presented to the council her appointed Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary MS. MAY A.
REPOLLO and MS. MARIELLE S. VILLAROSA as the Sangguniang Kabataan
Treasurer;

WHEREAS, both MS. MAY A. REPOLLO and MS. MARIELLE S. VILLAROSA


possesses all the qualifications for a Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary and Treasurer as
provided under Section 10 of R.A. 10742;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Tandayag after a thorough


deliberation approved and concurred the appointment of MS. MAY A. REPOLLO and
MS. MARIELLE S. VILLAROSA;
RESOLUTORY NOW THEREFORE, on motion by SK Member Jeffrey M. Dela Peña and duly
PORTION seconded by SK Member Nadjel Olive;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to confirm the appointment of MS. MAY


A. REPOLLO as the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary and MS. MARIELLE S.
VILLAROSA as the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer of Barangay Tandayag, Amlan,
Negros Oriental until the end of the term of the appointing authority unless sooner
removed.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution shall be given to MS. MAY
A. REPOLLO and MS. MARIELLE S. VILLAROSA for their file, copy furnish to the
Municipal Local Government Operations Office and to the Local Youth Development
Office of Amlan, Negros Oriental for their information and record.

CONCLUDING APPROVED this 8th day of July 2018 at Tandayag Session Hall, Tandayag,
PORTION
Amlan, Negros Oriental.
