Best Practice
Make sure to add your business address as you’re getting started! It is
a requirement for sending your first campaign. This address will
appear in your campaigns and automation emails, usually in the
footer, for recipients to see.

Onboarding
Site Tracking 101
(v) Site tracking provides insight into how contacts interact with your website.
This information is specific to an individual contact.

For example, if Tabitha goes to the classes / training page, we could see that
and send her an email about class offerings & how to schedule.

Site tracking only will work after a contact has been cookied through
ActiveCampaign.

broadly organizing your
contacts in the platform.

Unsure where to start? Ask

yourself what the main ways you
are communicating with your
contacts.

Marketing Best Practice: Use lists

to separate clients, package
offerings & contacts who may just
be subscribed to your newsletter!
