Hi, this is with American benefits.

I’m calling to inform you about a New LOW-COST Final Expense program that is recently approved in
your state________ This program will cover 100% of your funeral, burial& cremation expenses. So i just
need to ask you few questions to make you qualify okay?

 How old are you? (age must be between 50 to 80)


 I have your state with me that __________ could you please verify me your zip code?
 May I have your first and last name please _______.
 Do you manage your own finances or do you have POA or does a family member manage them
for you?
 Lastly, within the last 5 years have you had a heart attack, stroke/TIA, any type of cancer,
diabetes, Alzheimer, dialysis, lung problems (need to use oxygen daily) or do you currently
reside in any nursing home? IF NO ▪ Transfer
 Just to confirm you are looking for Final Expense Insurance?

Great, that’s all information I needed so just to let you know again this call is about new final expense
