Europe in the late 1980s.
Kylie Minogue acted in the
popular soap opera Neighbours
(1986-1988). After that, she left
television for a singing career.
She made her debut in 1988 with
the album Kylie. In 2004, Kylie
won her first Grammy Award, for
best dance recording.
In 2005, she announced that she
had been diagnosed with breast
cancer. She had a surgery and at
the end of 2006 she began her
tour again after a recovery
