Merata, Kemudian Tunggu Sesaat
(10~20 Menit)

Pengeleman harus ditekan, agar lem


masuk kedalam pori-pori canvas.

 Pengeleman Kedua
Oleskan Kembali Lem Sunpat S
Hingga Merata
Tempelkan kuku pada permukaan lem,
untuk memastikan bahwa lem sudah kering
(tidak menempal pada kuku).
PENYAMBUNGAN

 Pemasangan Plastik

 Centering
Tempelkan/tumpangkan kedua ujung
sambungan, kemudian luruskan garis
center pada kedua ujungnya.

 Joint / Penyambungan Belt


Sambungkan / rekatkan kedua ujung
sambungan dengan melepaskan plastiknya.
PENGEROLAN

 Pengerolan dilakukan kearah


vertikal dan horizontal hingga
keseluruh permukaan sambungan
FINISHING
 Pemotongan Sisa Ujung Cover

 Rapikan / Buffing Permukaan

 Rapikan Pinggir / Edge pada Sisi
