Ma’am,

The Dagupan City National High School Senior High School Leagues of
Innovators & Tycoons Officers and Advisers annually conduct the ABM Month,
intending to promote camaraderie and companionship towards the ABM students.
The Video Advertising, Audio Advertising and Pamphlet Making Contests are
the three (3) new activities in the said event, where there shall three (3) winners in
every event coming from the Grade 11 and Grade 12 ABM Students.
In line with this, we would like to request the amount of Php
which will be utilized to purchase materials needed for the implementation and for
the prizes of the winners.
