Establishment of an aviation company with special

SUMMARY

Based on the existing international experience, it is proposed to organize a joint aviation company
providing a wide range of services necessary for both the state and large businesses operations!

The range of the main tasks to be solved by the company will include:
• Emergency Medicine. Rapid delivery by helicopters of the injured from hard-to-reach places and, if
necessary, emergency evacuation.
• Fire extinguishing. Rapid elimination of fires in hard-to-reach places using Be-200, Il-76 aircraft
and Mi-8-AMT helicopters.
• Business Aviation. Delivery of VIPs both to other regions (using Falcon-7x) and within the region
(using EC-145 helicopter).

Significant experience in organizing this type of business and


the qualifications of the staff will make it possible to create
an international-level aviation company on your site!

The following are considered as service offerings:
General Service Aviation Coverage
• Emergency medicine, consisting of 2x MI-8-MT
helicopters;
• Aviation Forest Protection, consisting of :
• One helicopter – EC-350 General coverage
(tracking fire hazard and localization of fires);
• Be-200 or Il-76 aircraft
(extinguishing fires);
• 2x Mi-8-AMT helicopters
(as an alternative or a reserve
for fire fighting);
• Business aviation, consisting of :
• One Falcon 7x aircraft;
• One EC-145 helicopter;

Emergency Medicine
Solving problem
There are two such tasks: providing qualified emergency
care to patients and transporting or evacuating the sick
and injured as a result of accidents.

Medical helicopters are equipped with equipment that


allows doctors to conduct intensive care of patients in
serious condition.
• Artificial lung ventilation (ALV) devices for adults
and children.
• Tracking equipment: heart monitors, pulse
oximeters.
• Defibrillator.
• The dielectric floor. It allows doctors to
defibrillate in the air when needed.
• !!!Incubators for creating the optimal
temperature regime during the transportation of
newborns!!!

The presence of such equipment at the disposal of the


state can significantly reduce the death rate from
accidents, ensuring the delivery of patients from hard-to-
reach places.
