• Been part of multiple design releases covering Cockpit Display products, SKY
TRACKER, DIGITAL RADIO & WEATHER RADAR programs scaling from NPI,
Refresh/Obsolescence redesigns.
• Task including the scope identification, SOW, end to end cost, Governance board
review, CBT, Kickoff, sscchedule, quality, alternate part identification, SCM association
with blue & red label build, complete qualification, Milestone fidelity, Preliminary &
Critical Design review, Phase exit towards the component engineeerring point of view.
• Lead the transition project from EMS tool to another Contract Manufacturer by
paving a road map and mitigating the road block by coordinating with all the stake
holders like Project Engineers, Component Engineer & Sourcing.

product lines by covering 10 different Design locations and 5 Contract

on-going products.
o Interacting with cross functional teams comprising of 7 Business units globally to
identify low cost drop in alternate components & board solutions, verifying the
design suitability, studying project feasibility, co-coordinating with factory on
testing’s, part approvals, new part switch over, update finance.

alternate sources for the single source obsolete IR part 62CNQ030 diode used in
EPU Involved in the Environmental testing of TEMEX make RMO type 10.24MHz
Rubidium
Oscillator conducted at ITI, as per QM 333 for the TEC approval.
• Modified the PCB design for the TEMEX-RMO-10.24MHz Oscillator and sent the
same to the vendor.
• Downloaded about 4300 data sheets of Active semiconductors like Logic devices,
Memories, Transistors, Diodes and Oscillator parts and the same are uploaded to
the VDG web site.
• Identified M/S Raltron as the SMD oscillator and recommended the same for
approval.

• Coordinated with Malasyian team for the installation and erection of PLC
controlled Asphalt mix plant- towards the DELHI-JAIPUR NH8 high way project.
