brackets removed .

10 All bolting installed and tightened .

All maintenance I scaffolding lugs are installed in accordance with drawings with the

correct orientation.
Temporary steel work, to be removed at a later date, clearly marked and identified

on relevant drawings.

13 All Welding, Stress Relief and NOT work completed and cleared.

14 Confirm that all Quality Records have been completed and accepted .

15 Confirm that all Punch List items have been completed and accepted.
