Smart plant is responsible for providing Industry 4.0 solutions for Digital Transformation, Manufacturing

Auto, Discrete, Energy, Chemicals, Natural resources, Mining, Public sector (ports, railways etc.) and Utilities.
Project Description:
Capgemini India is looking for fresh graduates who will be working for their Smart Plant - India. The candidates
will be assigned to one of the sub functions within Smart Plant – Smart Factory, Smart asset. The project
will be about building team of business analysts with capability of developing value streams, process maturity
maps, AS-IS business artifacts, Mapping with COTS & digitalization levers, requirement elicitation &
analysis, Business case development and solution design, KPI development and help client in roadmap
development.
Responsibilities:

 Understand smart plant concepts -Industry 4.0 concepts, Digital Thread and Twin, IIoT, AR & VR,
Green Manufacturing.
 Support the COE in developing solution & delivery artefacts.
 Working on use cases, POCs
 Develop a good understanding of key BA functions and business impact.
 Gain knowledge about processes and tools used for driving Industry 4.0 & APM 4.0 initiatives.

Competencies:

 Working experience in any industry (auto/discrete/process/energy/utilities/ Natural resources)


 Good understanding of production, planning, Maintenance, reliability, quality, In plant logistics &
EHS.
 Experience on OT technologies is preferred.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
 Ability to upskill with other tools, programs if any.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow-up skills.

Philip Morris International Inc. is an American multinational tobacco company, with products sold in over 180
countries. The most recognized and bestselling product of the company is Marlboro. PMI Supply Planning
team is responsible for releasing short term plan and Mid term plan in line with the demand dynamics and
ensure required stock levels are maintained for assigned Market SKU combination as per target Inventory.
Responsibilities:

 Rolling out weekly / monthly production plans to the factory


 Managing Inventory at the optimum level - making sure that there is no non-moving or slow-moving
FG as well as no stock outs at warehouse / consumer
 Experience in S&OP planning
 Defining stock policies & ensure adherence
 Ensuring highest levels of OTIF
 Ensuring production adherence (Plan vs actuals) via collaboration calls with factory
 Manage multiple stakeholder communication including MRP, factory, demand, QA, Distribution,
Project Management to ensure production plans are met
 Follow-up with MRP team to ensure material availability to meet production plans
 Follow-up with QA for timely batch release to mitigate Out of stock

The IFAO Practice team manages the workforce in scope of IFAO. IFAO Practice team works with Recruitment,
RSC and Delivery teams to ensure the efficient planning of the resource requirement, allocation of the
employees and optimum utilization of the resources. Few of the important responsibilities are – Talent
acquisition and fulfilment, Mobility, Performance and career management, ARC management, Pyramid
rationalization and span of control.

Responsibilities:

 Execute the hiring plan by analysing global attrition, headcount needs, and shift bidding process
 Analyse short-term forecasting, schedule performance, Forecast accuracy, and underlying
assumptions, as well as historical trends, and make continuous adjustments and improvements to the
forecasting, headcount planning, and scheduling process, working closely with our planning team to
make sure service levels goals are met.
 Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports on a variety of KPIs, including daily investigator statistics and
skill group/work type statistics to support operations management
 Analyse key metrics reports including but not limited to volume, adherence, service Levels,
productivity, etc. to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, uncover levers impacting these issues,
and develop recommendations for improvement
 Update management and stakeholders on progress against the plan regularly and escalate issues as

Skills:

 Exposure to scope of Budgeting, planning and forecasting preferably in Finance and Accounting.
 Exposure to or experience in Power BI, MS Access, MS Vision, MS Excel Macro, Power Point
