DESCRIPTION
CE440 Seal Coat is a low viscosity, two-component, solvent-free, moisture tolerant, high gloss multipurpose epoxy coating with
high chemical resistant properties.

INDUSTRY USES
CE440 Seal Coat is designed for sealing interior and exterior slabs, epoxy grout and steel from water chloride and
chemical attack. Was also designed and can be used for sealing in aggregate for skid-resistant overlays and sealing
concrete for interior high gloss floors.

COVERAGE
100 to 300 sq ft. per gallon depending on the porosity of the surface substrate.

PACKAGING

LABORATORY TESTS RESULTS


Mix Ratio 2 : 1 by volume

Shelf Life: 2 years in original unopened container.


Storage Conditions: Store at 40⁰F – 95⁰F (5⁰C – 35⁰C).
Condition material to: 65⁰F – 85⁰F (18⁰C – 29⁰C) before using.
VOC content: 0 g/L.

LIMITATIONS
Minimum application temperature is 40⁰F (5⁰C). Do not thin. Solvents will prevent proper care.

APPLICATION
Clean surface to remove all contaminants. Remove dust and debris by blowing off with oil-free compressed air.
Mechanically mix component A with component B in a 2:1 by volume mix with Jiffy type mixer at low-speed (300 rpm) for a
minimum of 3 minutes. Mix only the quantity that can be used within its gel time.
Apply neat application of Seal Coat by squeegee at the specified rate.
Allow full cure before opening to traffic.

CLEANUP
Dispose of in accordance with current applicable local, state and federal regulations. Uncured material can be removed with
Natural Clean or approved solvent. Cured material can only be removed mechanically.

products, nor shall any legal relationship be created by or arise from the pr ovision of such information, advice,
recommendations or instructions related to its products. The user of the CCM product(s) must test the product(s) for
suitability for the intended application and purpose before proceeding the full application of the pr oduct(s). CCM
reserves the right to change the properties of its products without notice. All sales of CCM product(s) are subject to
its current terms and conditions of sale.
Prior to each use of any CCM product, the user must always read and follow the warnings and instructions on the
product’s most current Technical Data Sheet, product label and Safety Data Sheet which are available at
www.ccmaterial.com. Nothing contained in any CCM materials relieves the user of the obligation to read and follow
the warnings and instruction for each CCM product as set forth in the current Technical Data Sheet, product label and
Safety Data Sheet prior to product use.
CCM warrants this product for one year from date of installation to be free from manufacturing defects and to meet the
technical properties on the current Technical Data Sheet when used in accordance with the written instructions. User
determines suitability of product for intended use and assumes all risks. Buyer’s sole remedy shall be limited to the
purchase price or replacement of product exclusive of labor or cost of labor.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED SHALL APPLY INCLUDING ANY
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. CCM
SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY FOR SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES. CCM SHALL NOT BE REPSONSIBLE FOR THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT IN A
