Greetings in the name of partnership!
We are writing to you on behalf of the joint initiative of the Department of Education SDO San
Carlos City and the Philippine National Police San Carlos City Station – "Project SAGIP." We
are excited about the positive impact this project will have on our community and would like to
invite you to join us in this noble cause.

leadership, particularly in the realms of children’s protection. Your passion in uplifting the core

Project SAGIP, which stands for "Sama Samang Alagaan at Gabayan ang bawat isa para ma
Iwasan ang Panggagahasa," is a program aimed at fostering a sense of unity, care, and
guidance within our community to prevent cases of sexual assault. Thus, we are very glad to
invite you on our Unity Walk on November 23, 2023 (6:30AM), starting point will be at the
San Carlos City Grand Terminal (in front of DepEd Division Office) then immediately
followed by our coordination meeting at the Perez Hall, SEPNAS, Roxas Boulevard, San
Carlos City.
Your esteemed desire to help children would greatly contribute to the success of Project
SAGIP. We are seeking your support for this project, as this would significantly enhance
our outreach efforts and ensure that the message reaches every corner of our
community.
We believe that this partnership would not only showcase your commitment to social
responsibility but also enhance your passion within our community.
