It is clear that the percentage of renewable energy in the Norway and Iceland are have far higher than
Germany and Australia. Additionally, the figures for 4 countries are all increase over the year.
In 2000, the proportion of energy in Norway was over 60% then slightly rose up to about 65% in 2004
and reached the peak of nearly 80% in 2007. At the same way, the figure of Germany was
approximately 12% in 2000 then slightly increased accounted for 18% in 2007.
Iceland and Australia had about 50% and 8% energy of the total supply in 2004. Then, this number
went up to 60% and 10% in 2004 and all fell back to 55% and 9% in 2007.
The chart gives some information about the growth of the urban population in certain parts of the
world (including the prediction of the future).
It is clear that urban population in certain parts of the world are significantly increase from 1950 to
2030. Additionally, the figure for Latin American/Caribbean have the highest rate of the population in
the table.
In 1950, Africa and Asia started at around 11% and 13%, respectively. And after 20 years later, Africa
and Asia made a significant jump which at the same proportion, account for 39%. By contrast, in 2030
the rate of the population in Asia was higher than the figure for Africa.
Latin America / Caribbean began at above 40%, which was highest in 1950. Meanwhile, the whole
world only accounted for 30% before occupided 48% in the next 50 years and it is estimated to
dramatically grow to exactly 60%. Latin America / Caribbean significantly climbed to 70% in 2000 and
it is likely to be highest in 2030 which will be at its peak, of 80% in 2030.
The chart shows the expenditure on three categories among different age groups of UK citizens in
2004.
It is clear that the highest percentage of spending is on entertainment. Additionally, food and drink
whereas the lowest is for restaurant and hotel.
The people who are under 61 - 75 spend the highest money on entertainment at over 21%, the same
percentage as the people over 76 spend on food and drink and the lowest amount of money is spent
for restaurant and hotel. Meanwhile, people in 61 - 75 can be seen to spend 20% of their money on
food and drink.
The under 30 years people spend more on restaurant and hotel and over 5% on entertainment with
the lowest spending on food and drink, while the 31- 45 age spend most of their money on food and
drink account for 12% for restaurant and hotel and a little money on entertainment. Besides, the
figure of 45- 60 age people spend the highest money on entertainment, restaurant and hotel with just
under 15%
The chart shows the value of one country’s export in various categories during 2015 and 2016.
It is clear that it can be seen that in both 2015 and 2016, all categories had rose significant except
gems and jewellery which had decreased from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, In both years, the most and
least exported items were the same product, namely petroleum and Textiles respectively.
In 2015, all types of products can be seen to continually decline. The highest sales product was
petroleum which was 60 billion. Engineered goods and gems were at 57 and 43 billion, respectively.
In 2016, petroleum and engineered goods had nearly value 60 - 63 billion, while gems and jewellery
which was 40 billion. By contrast, the smallest values were agricultural and textiles.
The chart shows the results of a survey conducted in the UK in three different years regarding the
level of interest in 6 particular sports from 1995 to 2005
It is clear that the activities like a football, rugby and tennis, but golf had a lowest percentage than the
other five sports. Additionally swimming and volleyball the numbers remained the same in given
time.
Football is main sport which have a big survey participants, accounted for about 50% in 2000, 48% in
2005 and 46% in 1995. Meanwhile, closely by Rugby, what decrease slightly every year from 35% to
33% in given dates. The higher number of people who preferred tennis accounted 30% in 1995, then
it decreased to 28 % in 2000, to 26% in 2004.
At the same result in every year showed sports like a swimming and volleyball, the higher level was in
2005 at 30%, than dropped to 29% in 2005, to 28% in 1995 respectively .
The bar chart shows active participation rate in top ten sport in 1998 and 2005.
It is clear that almost active participation rates decreased slightly over the period shown, except for
soccer. Additionally, Ice hoocky and Golf were sports attracting the highest Canadians.
In 1998, Golf was the number-one sport in Canada, accounted for 22%, compared of Ice hocky,
occupied 18%,while throughout 7 years, the proportion of players in these sports declined slowly by
about 1%, while that of soccer increased to nearly 10% in Canada.
The figure for Canada had a rapid fall from nearly 17% to 7% in the figure for active participation in
Baseball during the period of 7 years. Besides, Tennis, Cycling, Downhill/Alpine skiing, Volleyball,
Basketball, and Swimming had a drop about 1% to 2% in the proportion of Canadians participating in
different sports at the end of the period.
The bar chart shows the rate of film release, and also shown the imformation of ticket sales in 1996
and 2006
It is clear that the highest the percentage of the films debuted while comedy contributed the highest
proportion of ticket sales. Apart from that, all types of genres experienced increased in percentage of
release and sales of tickets except romance.
In terms of ticket sales, comedy alaway topped the chart, with 20% from the beginning and increased
further to 25% after 4 years. meanwhile, drama witnessed slight increment of about 1% throughout
the period. Ticket sales of fantasy and romance were not high, with only 3 and 5% in 1996
respectively
In terms of films released, as high as 26% drama was released in 1996, but the figure was only 23% for
comedy. 4 years later, the value increased by 10% for the former and 7% for the latter,while fantasy
saw more gradual increment over the period
