Rules:
1) Matches will be 12 overs a side.
2) Each innings will start with new ball. 3) Mandatory powerplay will be for first 3 overs. (Max 2 fielders outside the circle). 4) Batting powerplay has to be taken by the batting team between overs 4-10. (Max 3 fielders outside circle). 5) 1 bowler can bowl max 3 overs. 6) Free hit will be awarded for all no balls. 7) Throw bowling decision will be completely decided by on field umpires. 8) 1st throw ball will be warning and a no ball and 2nd throw ball will be a no ball and the bowler will not be allowed to bowl again in that match. 9) 1st beamer will be warning and a no ball and 2nd beamer will be a no ball and the bowler will not be allowed to bowl again in that match, beamer criteria will be decided by the umpires. 10) No runner will be given under any circumstances. 11) No retirement unless there is a visible injury. 12) If the ball bounces more than once before the popping crease it will be a no ball. 13) If the ball is outside the pitch (both sides) it will be a no ball. 14) In case of short players, fielding team has to complete the circle (min 6 in the circle), powerplay (min 9 in the circle), batting powerplay (min 8 in the circle) including bowler & wicket keeper. 15) Wicket keeper can directly come down to bowl. 16) No foreign player can be used as a substitute for local player while a local player can be used as a substitute for a foreign player. 17) Bonus point will be awarded on a win by 50% margin. 18) Squads will not be allowed to change after the toss. 19) 2 reviews per innings for both teams will be given. 20) Reviews can be taken for everything except throw bowling. 21) Playing conditions will be totally umpires call. 22) If the ball is lost or damaged inside the 1st 3 overs, it will be replaced by new ball and after that the ball will be replaced with the available old ball. 23) In case the ball is damaged after the shot is played it will be counted as a dead ball. 24) Matches will start on time. 25) Reporting time is 30 minutes prior to scheduled match start time and the toss will be held 15 minutes prior to scheduled match start time. 26) Waiting time will be 15 minutes, after that committee will start deducting 2 overs for every 5 minutes for the non-available team and the match will be awarded to the team present on the ground after 30 minutes. 27) If any of your player from the given 11 is not available until first 3 overs, your 12th man will be counted as the 11th player. 28) If the match can’t be started or completed due to any technical reason, the match has to be completed on the schedule decided by the committee. 29) If the match can’t be started or completed due to any conflicts, the match has to be completed on the schedule decided by the committee. 30) For players rescheduled match will be considered as per there given conditions. 31) If there is misbehaving of any kind with umpires and any other person related to the tournament, the committee will have complete authority to ban the player for current and even future tournaments. 32) Plastics bats are not allowed. 33) New batsman will take strike when the batsman is caught out even if the players have crossed in the process. 34) Ball not delivered to the batsman and returned to the bowler will be dead ball. 35) Mankading rule as applicable. 36) Wearing gloves while fielding will not be allowed. 37) If there are any issues with your kits you have to consult Anup Rathi or Aakash Sethiya before making any changes. 38) Official team kits are mandatory while playing. 39) If there is any decrease in overs due to unavoidable situation, the decision will be completely on umpires and organizing committee. 40) Bibs will be compulsory for extra players while entering the ground barring strategic time- out.
