Course Description:
The Talent Management course is designed to equip students with the
knowledge and skills necessary to effectively attract, develop, and retain
talented individuals within organizations. The course will explore various
talent management strategies, including recruitment and selection,
performance management, training and development, and succession
planning. Students will engage in case studies and practical exercises to
enhance their understanding of talent management concepts and their
application in real-world business scenarios.

Course Objectives:
This course focuses on managing individual, team, and organizational
performance through talent management. It covers core competencies,
performance management systems, talent identification, assessment,
development, coaching, engagement, and retention. The course also
covers experiential learning to enhance employee engagement and
retention.
